A History of Equestrian Drama in the United States: Hippodrama's Pure Air & Fire
"A History of Equestrian Drama in the United States" was published by Routledge in June 2018. This book developed out of the author's interest in both theatre and horses, which she first explored in her doctoral dissertation, "Pure Air and Fire: Horses and Dramatic Representations of the Horse on the American Theatrical Stage," completed for the PhD degree at New York University in 2003. "A History of Equestrian Drama in the United States: Hippodrama's Pure Air & Fire" is the first full-length study of equestrian drama in the United States.
She is currently at work on a new book for Routledge, with publication anticipated in fall 2022.
